Overview
The 2011 & 2012 World Cinema Season was the inaugural Fugard Bioscope season that screened recorded live opera and ballet. With titles from The Royal Opera House and the Bolshoi Ballet. Screenings took place in the Fugard Bioscope, housed in the main theatre and on Saturdays and Sundays. Titles in this season included Don Giovanni, Giselle, The Nutcracker, Don Quixote, Manon and Cosi Fan Tutte.
