Open Book Festival 2014

This was a big year for the Open Book Festival– Cape Town was the World Design Capital, South Africa celebrated 20 years of democracy, and Open Book went into its fourth edition!

Five days of mingling with authors and book lovers from near and far… 5 days of events that stayed with attendees long after they were over… 5 days of literary heaven. International authors who attended were Sebastian Barry, Mike Carey, Raymond E Feist, Aminatta Forna, Felicitas Hoppe, Antony Loewenstein and children’s authors Satoshi Kitamura and Adam Stower.
